Coles Auto Collective
I have very recently bought a car from Coles Auto Collective, and what a very positive experience it was. I saw the car I wanted on their internet site. I telephoned and spoke to the business owner Will. What a top bloke he is. Over the next couple of weeks or so we had many a contact about the car and the improvement work being carried out on it. This improvement work was all being initiated by Will. When all was ready, I collected the car and met Will for the first time. I was very impressed by both. The car was very well presented and ready to go. Will talked me through everything relating to the car and paperwork, all was made very simple. As mentioned earlier, the whole process was a very positive experience. The car is brilliant, all that I had wanted (Will has even asked for the chance to buy it back should I sell it in the future). I found Will to be very genuine, honest, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about cars and the car industry. A big thank you to him and those around him. I have no reservations about recommending them. Brilliant.

I recently bought a 2009 Audi TTS Roadster and I would happily buy from Will again.

The main differentiating factor with Will is the amount of preparation that he does prior to completing the sale. A 3rd party garage completed a health check and Will followed through on ALL of the recommended work - it did need a number of things doing.

Will operates with real integrity. There were no quibbles, just a determination for the car to be 'right' before completing the sale.

You may find similar cars cheaper elsewhere but I doubt that you'll find examples that are as comprehensively prepared.

Will was a pleasure to deal with, so refreshing to meet someone so genuine in the car sales business. I am absolutely delighted with the car and the service I received from him. If you see a car you fancy that he has for sale don't doubt that it will be exactly as described. I can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks Will!

VW Polo
Bought a fantastic VW Polo from Will at Coles Auto Collective on Sunday and he delivered it to our door Monday afternoon.
What a service from a small company , it was by far the easiest and friendliest transaction we have ever experienced at any car dealership.

Just purchased a Suzuki Swift Sport from Coles Automotive Collective and have to say, not only delighted with the car which was both an excellent example and a very, very fair price, but also the whole experience dealing with Will. He's not only extremely knowledgeable, but also really friendly, informative, honest and open. He was up front and in depth about the history of the car, it's paperwork and so on, and was really helpful in regards to both getting to a fair and honest deal and also what would be involved in the purchase. He even offered to drive the car to us....over an hour away! Which he duly did! That's excellent service! I can't recommend Will enough. It was a pleasure to deal with him from start to end.

Recently purchased a gorgeous Mazda 2 on behalf of our daughter from Will at Cole’s Auto Collective and what a great experience.
The car was in tip top condition at a very fair price and Will had made an exceptionally good job of preparing the car prior to dropping it off to us, to say we were delighted would be an understatement.

Bought a Suzuki Swift Sport from Will - was traveling quite a distance to see it and he was extremely accommodating and helpful in arrangements. Very clear in communication and not pushy at all in terms of sales. Price was fair and car in exactly the pristine condition as described. Absolutely delighted with the whole transaction.

I found out about Coles Auto Collection whilst searching for a little Clio for the missus. The one they had in stock was perfect. We went for a look and met Will, who was a lot younger than I expected but never the less was spot on. I have no bad words to say. I can only recommend Will & his business and commend him on doing so well at such a young age and with a new business. I have been looking to buy my first car and I was dreading the whole process. However as soon as I spoke to Will on the phone at Coles Auto Collective I just knew that it will all be ok. He really took his time to answer all my questions, I did not feel rushed in any way and he made sure that the car I had my eyes on was really what I wanted too.
